Most lab services can be completed with no out-of-pocket expense at a One Health clinic. Lab services must be ordered by a One Health provider; outside provider lab orders are not accepted. To have labs drawn at One Health with no out-of-pocket expense, make an appointment with a One Health provider.

Most immunizations are available for State Plan members 6 months of age and older including Medicare Retirees. If you only need a vaccine and no other services, please call the One Health Clinic of your choice for details. If you are an established patient, you may ask to add a vaccine when checking in for another scheduled One Health Clinic appointment.

State-Sponsored Health Screenings are not provided at One Health clinics. Premise Health (Montana Health Centers) remains the source for State-Sponsored Health Screenings. To earn the Live Life Well Incentive you will need to schedule an appointment at a Montana Health Center or attend an off-site event.

No copay or coinsurance for eligible prescription drugs prescribed by a One Health provider and dispensed by a One Health in-house pharmacy: Glendive, Hardin, Lewistown, and Miles City locations. Talk with your One Health provider to see if your medication is eligible for no- or reduced co-payment and/or co-insurance. Effective March 1, 2025, GIPs and GLP-1s are no longer covered by this benefit. These medications now must be filled using the Navitus pharmacy benefit.

For clinic locations without a pharmacy, One Health can mail prescriptions (non-controlled, non-refrigerated) directly to plan member. The regular copay and coinsurance applies for a prescription drug filled at the One Health pharmacy that is not prescribed by a One Health provider. Likewise, a prescription written by a One Health provider but filled by another community or hospital pharmacy will apply to regular benefits.

Please note that dental services are no longer available at any One Health Clinic location.
